Todds Motorhomes has been awarded the title of Best Dealer – New Motorhomes at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025.
Readers of Practical Motorhome and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote to tell us how they have got on with their ‘vans, allowing us to identify the best campervan converters, manufacturers and base vehicles. Another crucial part of the survey looks at dealers, as voters reveal their experience. This includes the knowledge the dealer had about the motorhome, how any warranty work that needed doing went, and importantly, “Would you buy from this dealer again?”. As well as an overall winner, Gold Awards are handed out for scores of 80% or more, while 60% or more secures a Silver Award.
To come top of this category is quite the achievement, so well done to Todds Motorhomes for taking the title. The dealership scored 94.8%, narrowly seeing off the challenge of Peter Roberts, who came second with 94.5%. Three other dealers also achieved high enough totals to get Gold Awards – West Country Motorhomes Group, Emm-Bee Motorhomes and Camper UK, thanks to scores of 92.7%, 83.7% and 82.4% respectively.
Todds stocks four makes – Auto-Trail, Malibu, Swift and the manufacturer who was crowned the Best Manufacturer Overall at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, Roller-Team.
Eight dealerships qualified for Silver Awards, with Tyne Valley Motorhomes leading the way with 79.20%. Then came Brownhills and Highbridge Caravans, with scores of 72.60% and 72.40% respectively, while Chelston Motorhomes and Don Amott achieved respective totals of 69.10% and 67.40%.
Rounding up the Silver Award winners were Motorhomes & Caravans, Hull (67.20%), Marquis Group (65.40%) and Spinney Motorhomes (64%).
