Rapido Group has been named the Best Manufacturer – Pre-Owned Motorhomes at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025.
Voted for by readers of Practical Motorhome and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club, the Owner Satisfaction Awards provide us with an in-depth view of the market, across both the new and pre-owned sphere. This not only reveals the best motorhome makes, but also lets us find out the leading campervan conversion companies, dealers and base vehicles.
In the case of the Best Manufacturer – Pre-Owned Motorhomes category, Rapido Group took the top spot in what proved to be a competitive category, with a total of six Gold Award winners.
The brand scored 84%, which was enough to narrowly see off Hymer/Hymercar, who finished in second place with a total of 83.9%. Other Gold Awards were won by Benimar (82.8%), Bürstner (82.4%), Bailey (80.8%) and Roller Team (80.7%).
Six Silver Awards were also given out – Auto-Sleepers, Swift Group and Auto-Trail (inc Tribute) scored 78.7%, 77.6% and 76.7% respectively, while Adria (inc Sun Living), Chausson and Elddis/EHG rounded up the winners with respective totals of 76.4%, 76% and 75.1%.
The performance from Rapido Group at the Owner Satisfaction Awards is all the more impressive as the brand successfully beat this year’s overall winner, Roller Team, who was named the Best Manufacturer – New and Pre-Owned.
