Consort Motorhomes has been awarded the title of Best Van Converter: Dealer (New and Pre-Owned) as the results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 have been announced.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards are designed to help prospective motorhome owners find the right ‘van for them. It sees readers of Practical Motorhome and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote to reveal how they have got on with their ‘vans, answering questions across a number of topics to identify the leading brands, base vehicles, dealers and, in the case of this category, the best campervan conversion companies.
To be named the Best Van Converter: Dealer (New and Pre-Owned) relies upon the company being able to show good people skills and offer excellent customer service.
As this year’s Owner Satisfaction Awards, Consort came out on top, thanks to a very notable score of 98.1%, narrowly seeing off Vantage, the winner of our Best Van Converter: Manufacturer (New and Pre-Owned), who achieved a total of 96.3%.
Third place went to another familiar name, as Bilbo’s scored 94.5%, with each of the converters achieving high enough totals to secure Gold Awards.
