The results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 have been announced, with Adria (inc Sun Living) taking the title of Best Manufacturer – New Motorhomes.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards see readers of Practical Motorhome and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote to reveal how they got on when buying a motorhome, providing us with a valuable insight into both the new and pre-owned market. In this category, scores of 80% or more secure Gold Awards, with totals of 60% to 80% resulting in a Silver Award.
Adria narrowly won the category after scoring 83.8%, seeing off Roller Team and Bürstner who scored 83.7% and 83.3% respectively in what proved to be a close contest. The achievement was all the more notable as the Slovenian manufacturer beat Roller Team, the brand which was named the Best Manufacturer: New & Pre-Owned at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025.
Nine brands received high enough totals to secure Silver Awards too, with Pilote, Carthago and Benimar scoring 79.1%, 78.5% and 77.8% respectively. Next up came Swift Group (75.8%), Auto-Trail (inc Tribute) (74.6%) and Auto-Sleepers (72.8%), while rounding up the Silver Award winners were Erwin Hymer Group (Elddis), Bailey and Chausson, who scored 71.3%, 71.3% and 68.3%.
The win for Adria has come at a time when the manufacturer has launched its new Supertwin range, which debuted at the February NEC Show last week. The ‘vans, which are based on the Mercedes Sprinter, will be the first campervan in the UK to come with Alde’s new diesel heater system.
