Roller Team has taken the title of Best Manufacturer – New and Pre-Owned at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, run in conjunction with the Camping and Caravanning Club.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 sees readers of Practical Motorhome and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote to let us know how they have got on when buying their ‘van, providing a comprehensive insight into the market and allowing us to find the best motorhome manufacturers, as well as the standout dealers, the best campervan converters and the leading base vehicles.
Roller Team secured the ultimate accolade at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 after receiving a score of 82.1% in the category, enough to beat runner-up Adria (inc. Sun Living), who achieved 81.4%, a total that still won a Gold Award.
Silver Awards were won by a number of brands too – Auto-Sleepers and Swift Group both scored 77%, while Auto-Trail (inc. Tribute) achieved 76%. Bailey and Elddis (inc. Compass) wrapped up the Silver Award winners with totals of 75.9% and 73.7% respectively.
Roller Team had a strong showing in the other categories too, achieving two Gold Medals. This was through a score of 83.7% in the Best Manufacturer – New Motorhomes category, as the brand narrowly finished behind first-place Adria (inc Sun Living), who scored 83.8%. Roller Team then scored 80.7% in the Best Manufacturer – Pre-Owned Motorhomes category, finishing in sixth place and behind the category’s winner, Rapido Group, who achieved 84%.
Roller Team’s showing at the Owner Satisfaction Awards followed on from the brand making the shortlist twice at the Practical Motorhome Awards 2025, both times through the Kronos Compact 590.
