Bailey is set to launch its new three-model Alora range at next week’s Motorhome and Caravan Show (17-22 October).

The Bristol brand (who you can find out more about in our best motorhome manufacturer guide) has said the coachbuilt ‘vans have a length of 7m, a width of 2.12m and an MTPLM of 3500kg. Each motorhome also comes on a Ford chassis and has the latest 2.0 litre 130 bhp engine.

The range includes the three-berth Alora 69-4I, a three-berth motorhome with parallel seating in the front lounge, and a longitudinal island bed in the rear bedroom. The other three-berth, the Bailey Alora 69-4T, comes with twin longitudinal single beds, while both offer two or four travel seats, as well as an end garage.

The last of the three is the four-berth Alora 69-4S – here, a double bed can be made up from the parallel seating in the front lounge, while the rear bedroom has a transverse double bed.

Each model comes with a central kitchen that is kitted out with features such as a Thetford K-Series combination oven, a grill and dual-fuel hob, as well as a Thetford 141 litre tower compressor fridge. The motorhomes are also fitted with Truma D4E Diesel Combi heating, ideal if you enjoy touring in the colder months.

The ‘vans come with eye-catching exterior appearances too, thanks to a  ‘Glacier White’ and ‘Dove Grey’ body shell, monochrome graphics, and new streamlined interfaces.

Visitors to the NEC Show should be able to see the Alora range at Stand 19-25 Hall 19.

Bailey of Bristol Managing Director Nick Howard said: “Offering the best of both worlds Alora sits squarely between our existing van conversion and coachbuilt motorhome ranges and caters for the growing demand for more compact narrow-bodied vehicles. In terms of design, this striking new range represents a real step forward both in terms of interior and exterior styling as well as making the optimum practical use of confined space.”

The Alora range are not the only new releases from the brand, with the Bailey Endeavour being shortlisted for the best luxury campervan category at our recent Practical Motorhome Awards 2024.
