Dreamer is bringing out a new range of campervans based on a Ford Transit Custom, with the first model, the City Camp, set to be on show at the February NEC Show.

For some, the best campervans will also be suitable day-to-day vehicles, and this new range from the motorhome manufacturer is aimed very much at this market.

The City Camp includes a bench seat as standard but as an option, you can have up to six travel seats in the vehicle, in two rows in the back. It also includes a side kitchen with a one-burner gas hob you can remove and take outside. The van includes a 2200w fuel heater, but as an option you can also have a roof canvas insulation kit, to make it more appealing for all-year-round touring.

Dreamer has also updated its existing Cap Land model (lead picture), a rising roof campervan with an end toilet and kitchen, so that you now convert the rear bench into a downstairs bed at the touch of a button. This is also set to be on display at the show.

News is starting to come out about other ‘vans that will be on display at next month’s show. This includes the Motion R campervan, the result of a collaboration between Vantage Motorhomes and Motion R Designs, while Project Yonder is also set to unveil its Freedom 4X, a stylish ‘van designed for off-grid touring.
