Sussex branch of Marquis Leisure temporarily closes following fire

Fire crews were called to the Marquis Sussex branch near Hailsham early on Saturday afternoon.

Eight vehicles were despatched, and it took crews five hours to get the fire under control, during which time roads had to be closed.

Marquis Leisure says it has already contacted any customer whose order or servicing might have been affected by the fire at its Sussex branch last weekend.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, and as of this week, the branch remains temporarily closed. Anyone who has not been contacted is advised to get in touch with Marquis directly.

Marquis is a dealer for a number of the leading motorhome makes, including Auto-Sleepers, Adria and Benimar.
