It’s not all that often that a new motorhome range comes along and really wows the Practical Motorhome team, but that’s exactly what happened when we first saw the Swift Voyager 5 series, launched for the 2023 season.

So much so that the Swift Voyager 584 model even won the Best Low-profile Motorhome category in Practical Motorhome’s most recent awards, impressing our judges.

They commented: “If the first in a planned new range based on the existing Escape range is anything to go by, it’s an impressive start.”

A trio of brilliant new layouts

So it won’t come as a surprise to learn that we were excited about the arrival of the all-new Swift Voyager 4 series, which represents an extension of the original range, with some brilliantly tempting new features.

There are three popular layouts to choose from within the Voyager 4 line-up.

From the rear-lounge floorplan of the Voyager 475 to the fixed single beds of the Voyager 485, and the island bed comfort that you’ll find in the Voyager 494, there’s something here for every motorhomer.

No matter which you choose, all Voyager 4 series models have an additional cab bed in the Luton area.

Not only does this give you more flexibility and versatility in terms of berths, it can also double up as handy extra storage when you’re pitched up on site.

It’ll leave you more time and freedom to get out and enjoy all the adventures you could want, no matter where or when you travel.

What’s more, all Voyager 4 models are built on the Ford Transit chassis. That means you’re guaranteed a comfortable, relaxed drive on the way to your destination.

All have an MTPLM of 3500kg, too, so they can be driven on a standard licence.

More kit than ever before

In fact, there are a host of upgrades across the 2024 Voyager range, all of which add that little bit of luxury and comfort to your tours.

Models now feature external cold-water shower and BBQ points, concertina blinds in the cab, redesigned kitchen and washroom facilities, and more.

You’ll be able to get away in complete comfort in your new home-from-home – and it’ll be ready and waiting for you when you return at the end of a long day spent exploring.

You might think that all these brilliant features mean a hefty price tag, but all three Voyager 4 series motorhomes start at less than £70,000 – so it’s clear that value for money comes as standard, too.
