Our Owner Satisfaction Awards 2022 saw Hymer voted the Best Motorhome Manufacturer, with an overall score of 86.6%.

Topping the Best Manufacturer: Pre-Owned Motorhomes category and achieving a highly respectable fourth place finish in the Best Manufacturer: New Motorhomes category shows Hymer is the brand to go for if you want a satisfying and reliable ‘van.

Hymer’s achievements in the Best Motorhome Manufacturer category are all the more notable as they were the only brand to earn a gold award – this required a score of 85% or more.

While Adria took top spot in the Best Manufacturer: New Motorhomes category with a score 90.9%, Hymer still managed a fourth place finish, achieving 84.4%. Bürstner and Roller Team came second and third, with 87.4% and 84.9% respectively.

In the Best Manufacturer: Pre-Owned Motorhomes category, Hymer took first place with an impressive score of 90.1%. This was a notable achievement in what proved to be a competitive field, with five brands receiving scores high enough to warrant a gold award.

The pre-owned motorhome market boom makes Hymer’s score in this category all the more remarkable. This rise has seen 46% of respondents say they bought a used ‘van, an increase from the 44.6% in the 2020 survey.

Topping the chart as the overall Best Motorhome Manufacturer is particularly impressive from Hymer considering the increased number of votes received this time too. There were 2600 responses recorded, rising from the 2307 last time out, giving us what we believe to be the most accurate results to date.

It continues an impressive year for Hymer, with the brand also making the shortlist for the best low-profile motorhome at the Practical Motorhome Awards 2022.
