2018 Elddis Autoquest 185 review

Our Editor Sarah is here to take you round the 2018 Elddis Autoquest 185.

Little has changed for the new season, but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

There’s new upholstery in the front parallel lounge and you’ll be pleased to hear there are four travel seats to match this ’van’s four berths.

And beyond the central kitchen, check out the twin fixed single beds and the full-width end washroom, with a separate shower cubicle.

Also in this week’s Practical Motorhome TV show, Diamond Dave is here talking cassette toilets.

He explains how they work, shares some cleaning tips and goes through things that go wrong, so you know what to look for, and more.

2018 Dethleffs T 7051 Advantage Edition review

Next, Sarah’s back with the 2018 Dethleffs T 7051 Advantage Edition, an island-bed motorhome that, in the UK, is sold exclusively through Lowdhams.

Inside, it feels larger than you might expect given its length, plus there’s two metres of headroom.

This is a three-berth with four belted travel seats and make sure you tune in to see the rather special rear master bedroom.

Finally, we have a second dose of expert advice from Diamond Dave and this time he tells us how to replace a rooflight in your ’van.

In part one, he explains how to remove the unit – and it’s a job that a competent DIYer should be able to tackle, with care.

So see all this when you watch Practical Motorhome TV this week, on Sky 212, Freesat 161 and via our live stream.
