Not everyone has an interest in Formula 1, but this video starring Mercedes AMG Petronas driver Nico Rosberg is certainly worth watching — and remembering when your bum gets numb after a long day behind the wheel.

The video dispels any notion that F1 drivers are cosseted in the cockpit of their car and the reality is the extreme opposite. In fact F1 drivers don’t even get to sit down at all, let alone get a clear view of the track and the conditions in which they’re forced to race are eye opening, particularly given the amounts of money spent on the rest of the car.
