Elddis’s mid-level Accordo compact-coachbuilt range received a number of upgrades for 2017, including a move onto the low-line Peugeot Boxer chassis, which made them lower to the ground and eliminated the need for an entrance step.
They were also given the latest Euro 6 engines and a host of design tweaks.
Changes for the 2018 season have, therefore, been relatively minor.
The range continues as a four-model line-up, with a pair of two-berths and a pair of three-/four-berths.
Here we focus on the two-berth, end-washroom Accordo 105.

Living
Although the 2018 Elddis Accordo 105 is less than 6m long, it never feels cramped.
Step in and you’ll find the roomy twin-facing-sofa lounge to the left, the brightness of which is enhanced by a large rooflight up top and the ‘Sky-view’ sunroof over the cab.
The Peugeot Boxer cab is well specified here, and includes cruise control and a DAB radio with steering-wheel mounted controls.
The driver’s and passenger’s seats swivel, which means six people can sit to dine.
There’s a freestanding table that can be inserted between the sofas, but those in the cab seats will need to stretch to reach it.
Without the table in place, there’s lots of room to relax.
The new Everley in Espresso upholstery here looks smart, too, as does the complementary colour scheme of those overhead lockers.
The Whale 4kW underfloor space heater, meanwhile, should ensure you’re kept warm, even in the coldest months.
Fit a TV to the bracket by the accommodation door and you’ll be able to watch it from all of the lounge seats, although those in the cab get the best view.
A Teleco Teleplus X2/39U directional roof aerial is fitted to the ’van as standard.
Kitchen
Keen chefs should find enough to please them in the well-appointed kitchen of this Elddis motorhome.
There is a combined oven/grill, a black enamel gas hob with three electric-ignition burners, and a 95-litre fridge with removable freezer unit.
It’s great to see such a good amount of worksurface, too, particularly given the ’van’s compact size.
What’s more, the worktop is a practical Dark Mink colour.
Small motorhomes can sometimes suffer from a narrow ‘corridor’ effect through their centre – not so in the Elddis Accordo 105, which offers plenty of space for occupants to pass one another, especially around the kitchen.
Washroom
It’s pleasing to find a decent-sized washroom in any compact coachbuilt, and that’s exactly what you get here.
This is also where the biggest change for 2018 has taken place – this year, there’s a separate shower cubicle, with folding door.
The shower cubicle is a good size, and gives the washroom a luxurious feel.
Elsewhere here is a swivel cassette toilet – located on a slightly raised floor – a smart white washbasin and storage via a couple of cupboards.
Hot water comes care of the Whale Expanse eight-litre dual-fuel underfloor heater.
Beds
This is strictly a two-berth, with the sole double bed being made up from the sofa cushions.
It should prove big enough for two adults – it measures 2.00 x 1.14m (6’7” x 3’9”) – and is a comfortable, flat sleeping surface.
Storage
Despite having an MTPLM of 3300kg, the 2018 Elddis Accordo 105 still offers an impressive 702kg payload, which should be more than ample for a couple, even on a long tour.
Storage space is good. In the lounge are four lockers overhead, and there’s also a couple of shelves in the overcab area, ideal for guidebooks and maps.
There is also a sizeable soft-close wardrobe located opposite the kitchen, and a chest of drawers alongside the accommodation door.
