Want a twin-lounge four-berth that also has four travel seats? Try the Elddis Autoquest 195 for size.
We kick off this week’s episode with a review of this updated-for-2017 ’van. As well as a roomy end-lounge and a well-specced kitchen, this Elddis motorhome provides a very useable all-in-one washroom – and check out the clever design of those travel seats.
See what else you get for a little over £41,000 in this week’s Practical Motorhome TV show.
Here’s when to tune in:
- Monday 3 April at 8.30pm;
- Wednesday 5 April at 6.30pm;
- Friday 7 April at 4.30pm;
- Saturday 8 April at 6.30pm;
- Sunday 9 April at 6.30pm.

What’s next?
Join us on the edge of the North York Moors National Park as we take a look around Golden Square Caravan and Camping Park.
Kids will love the two large play areas, plus the indoors games room for when the weather is bad – there’s even a zip-wire! Or challenge your fellow motorcaravanners on the crazy golf course.
There are some fully serviced superior pitches for motorhomes – but you’ll have to book in advance! Find out what else this dog-friendly site offers when you watch Practical Motorhome TV this week.
Go east!
Make sure you come back after the break as we’re off to Essex to visit Colchester Holiday Park, which is open all year.
With more of a rural feel than you might expect, this kids- and pet-friendly site has a great playground and a small dog-walking area.
For the rest of the family, there’s a shop, three washblocks with disabled facilities, a washing-up and food-preparation area, and a laundrette.
It’s a great place from which to explore historic Colchester, with its castle, shops, restaurants, pubs and theatres – and there’s a zoo.
Finally, following on from last week’s episode, we’ve more advice from Practical Motorhome’s technical guru Diamond Dave about building your own ’van.
Tune in as he considers the range of skills required for the task, gives us an overview of a motorhome’s electrical and gas systems, and advises when it might be best to ask a professional to help out. And don’t forget your carbon monoxide alarm.
Remember to watch on Sky 212, Freesat 161 or via our live stream – we hope you enjoy the show!
