We all know what an important piece of kit a sat nav can be for a motorhome owner and the approach of Black Friday presents the ideal opportunity to get one at a discounted price.

Garmin Camper 895 £579.99 now £449.99 (save 22% at Amazon)
This is one of my favourite Black Friday deals I’ve spotted so far, with the Garmin Camper 895 currently reduced to £449.99, a 22% saving at Amazon. Part of the new Camper range from Garmin, the gadget is full of handy features to make your time on the road a more enjoyable experience, with everything displayed on its clear 8-inch screen. This includes warnings about Environmental Zones and steep grades, suggestions for attractions to visit and even road trip ideas!
Garmin Camper 795 £389.99 now £349.99 (save £40 at Garmin)
The 795 was our winner of the best motorhome sat nav at this year’s Practical Motorhome Awards, with our judging panel impressed by the many features it offers. With a 7-inch display, it’s an inch smaller than the 895, making it an ideal choice if you have a more compact ‘van and are looking for a less bulky piece of kit. The gadget is currently available at Garmin for £349.99, a £40 saving. We’d say if you like the idea of the Camper range but want a more budget-friendly model, this could be ideal.
TomTom Go Camper Max £349.99 now £297 (save £15% at Amazon)
Making the shortlist at this year’s Practical Motorhome Awards, the TomTom Go Camper Max is another device with a 7-inch display which offers custom routing on its HD screen. One of my favourite features is Scenic routing, which lets you enjoy a more tranquil and beautiful drive to your destination. There’s even the option of a one-year free trial to receive speed camera alerts.
