Visitors to the popular family-friendly event Car Fest will be able to combine their trip to the festival with a spot of campervan shopping. Marquis Leisure, the UK’s largest dealer network, will be exhibiting at the show, which takes place over the weekend of 22 to 24 August 2025.

Car Fest is a wonderful mix of cars, music, comedy and food, with caravan and motorhome permits available to buy for those who wish to stay on site. This year, Marquis Leisure will be exhibiting its Panama range of campervans, including a new model, in the main Cars Field near to the Army Border and Crossing Point.
The range was only brought over to the UK by Marquis last year, with the Panama P12 and the Panama P57 both the two initial models in the range.
Created by DJ Chris Evans to help raise funds for UK Children’s Charities, Car Fest is held annually at Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire, owned by ex-racing driver and 1979 Formula 1 World Champion Jody Scheckter.
Group Marketing Manager Emma Franklin said: “It’s a great audience of car enthusiasts, families and campers that can enjoy a fun-packed day out. There is plenty to see and do – have a look at their website for full details. They have over 1000 people camping, so with our multipurpose Panama range, I’m sure we will get some great interest as we did last year.”
The two Panamas that were initially brought over by Marquis impressed our judges at the Practical Motorhome Awards 2025 enough to land an award apiece, including for the best campervan for a family of 4, through the P57.
Other highlights at this year’s event include music acts Travis and The Boomtown Rats, comedians Chris McCausland and David Walliams, and foodies Tom Parker-Bowles and Hairy Biker Si King.

Car Fest will not be the only chance to see ‘vans on display this month, with visitors to Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf getting to see the latest Grand California from Volkswagen. The camper comes on the latest Crafter and includes a new-look lounge.
