The Owner Satisfaction Awards 2024 were held on Thursday evening (7th December) and it proved to be a successful night for Hymer, with the brand coming out on top in two categories.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards see the readers of Practical Motorhome and the members of The Camping & Caravanning Club vote to tell us how they got on when buying a ‘van. It provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of the market, allowing us to identify the best motorhome manufacturers out there.
The results, which were announced last night (7th December), saw Hymer achieve a score of 80.3% in the Best Manufacturer – New Motorhomes category. They were the only brand to secure a gold award – Roller Team finished second, but 79.8% was only enough to secure a silver award.
Hymer repeated its gold award in the Best Manufacturer – Pre-Owned Motorhomes category too, with a score of 84.8%. The manufacturer was closely followed by Carthago, with the German brand scoring 84.2%.
The overall winner of the night was Bürstner, who claimed the top spot in the Best Manufacturer (New and Pre-owned) category.
