Three Counties Motorhomes - Practical Motorhome

Operating under the Motorhome Dealer Group umbrella – which also includes Countrywide Motorhomes and the campervan specialist VW Kamper Centre, Three Counties Motorhomes is based in Poole, Dorset.

The set-up has recently evolved as a centre for preparing stock for sale and the handover of sold vehicles, as well as aftersales back-up including six workshop bays, for the whole group.

A Gold Award was awarded to Three Counties Motorhomes in the Best dealer – pre-owned motorhomes category at our Owner Satisfaction Awards 2023, thanks to an impressive score of 95.8%.

Rob Kirk is one of a team of directors who have been with the business since the late 1980s. He reckons: “We’ve been Gold award winners every year since our involvement in 2010, including three outright wins – a record, I believe, in the pre-owned dealer section.”

The Motorhome Dealer Group also offers a What’s My Motorhome Worth advice line and, among other recent innovations, has its own YouTube channel, including instruction videos for customer reference and general guidance.

Around a decade later, his first driving experience was taking the family campervan across a field on his uncle’s farm.
