THE CARAVAN & MOTORHOME SHOW

IS ALMOST UPON US! It runs from:

in Manchester’s EventCity.

 

As well as the very best campsites and destinations, the show will

display a great selection of caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes,

awnings and accessories. Leading outdoor leisure retailers will also be

Our Rob Ganley and Nigel Donnelly (Editor and Digital Editor of Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome magazines), will be presenting ‘Touring for beginners – getting started with caravans and motorhomes’ in the Meet the Experts

Theatre. There is also a Cookery Stage.

These are the normal prices:

  • Advance Adult Day Pass: £7.50. (Advance booking closes 9pm Wednesday 16 January 2013)

  • Adult Day Pass on the door: £9.00

  • Children aged 16 and under: FREE

  • Carers accompanying a Blue Badge holder: FREE. (Only one ticket required for both carer and partner)

Guide dogs allowed; disabled access good

No pets or animals are admitted into the venue except guide dogs.

The venue is all on one level and has full access for disabled visitors.

M62, M56 and M60.

If travelling from the M60 North

take Junction 10 for the B5214 and follow signs for EventCity and from

the M60 South take Junction 9 for the A5081 and follow signs for Barton

Dock Road.

X50 – Manchester City Centre’s Express Service

The Trafford Centre’s high frequency express bus link leaving

Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station Stand K every 15 minutes from early until

late 7 days a week 363 days a year (via MediaCityUK and MUFC)

 

250 – Stagecoach Manchester Bus Service

The Trafford Centre’s high frequency bus link direct from Piccadilly

Gardens Bus Station Stand K every 15 minutes from early until late 364

days a year (via MUFC and Manchester University).

 

Trafford Bus Station is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from EventCity (see map) and

serviced by bus routes from all over Greater Manchester. There are

frequent buses providing a connection every 5 minutes (services 18, 247,

250 and X50) from the bus station to EventCity.  

 

Train

From Manchester Victoria – Bus service 100 (every 12 minutes) or

Service 110 every 20 minutes – get off at The Trafford Centre Bus

Station.

 

Train

Manchester Piccadilly – Bus service X50 or 250 from Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station – get off at the EventCity bus stop.

 

Manchester Victoria – Bus service 100 (every 12 minutes) or Service

110 (every 20 minutes) – get off at The Trafford Centre bus station.

Disabled facilities

  • Fully accessible (all on one level)

  • Easily accessible drop-off points by the main entrances

  • All entrances have automatic doors to enable easy access for wheelchairs

  • Accessible toilets located near foyers and centrally

  • 40+ Blue badge spaces in the main car-park and use of the Trafford Centre’s 100+ Blue badge spaces

  • Route from car-park to the entrance is less than 150 metres and accessible to wheelchair users without any gradient

  • All pavements have wheelchair accessible ramps

  • 100 toilets onsite and 5 toilets adapted for wheelchair use.

  • Motorised scooter friendly, with a relationship with UKS based at The

    Trafford Centre who are happy to lend scooter for use onsite and deliver

    to the foyer for larger shows.
