TomTom has launched a new dedicated sat-nav device aimed specifically at caravan and motorhome owners.

TomTom Go Live Camper and Caravan has a 5” touch-sensitive display in widescreen format, along with 8GB of internal memory and a memory card slot for adding more. Full maps for the UK and most of Europe are supplied.

The feature for caravan, camper van and motorhome owners, however, is the ability to choose the appropriate vehicle type, tap in the dimensions and weight and have routes plotted accordingly — a point that TomTom hammers home in its promo video for the Go Live Camper and Caravan model.

The TomTom Go Live Camper and Caravan costs £350 and more details can be found at the TomTom web site.
