THIS SEASON, Auto-Sleepers is introducing a sixth layout for its popular Fusion range, manufactured exclusively for the company by McLouis in Italy.
Built like the other models on the Fiat Ducato and measuring 6.60m, the McLouis Fusion 330 features a spacious rear lounge. There are two drop-down beds – a double over the rear lounge and a single at the front over the dinette.
The construction is timber-free, with a GRP body and glass fibre roof and underbody. UK models are right-hand drive, and have their habitation door on the UK side.
Opening Sky Dome windows over the cab, pleated flyscreens to all windows and a flyscreen on the habitation door continue to be included in the standard specification. Also included is the Lux Pack, which provides a DAB radio, rear-view camera, leisure battery and solar panel, among other items.
All range models feature a variety of layouts handpicked for the UK, with the focus on attention to detail and boasting a high spec for the family-oriented customer, who is often looking for great value and extra durability.
The six Fusion models range from 6.0m to 7.42m and include island-bed layouts, transverse double beds and fixed single beds. Most of them have spacious garages, too.
McLouis: A quick history
McLouis was born in 1999, in response to the substantial increase in the number of people wanting to experience the great outdoors.
In Italy, the company produces A-classes, low-profiles and overcabs, although so far, only low-profiles are included in the Fusion range. The firm aims for an international design that is attentive to the dictates of fashion, in terms of colours, materials and solutions.
For the past few seasons, Auto-Sleepers has teamed up with sister company McLouis to bring a new range of these luxurious Italian-designed motorhomes exclusively to the UK.
