New and pre-owned motorhomes may look great on dealer forecourts and at
shows, but how well will they stand up to a season of motorcaravanning?
Wouldn’t it be useful to get the opinion of hundreds, even thousands, of
owners of similar models? Wouldn’t it feel good knowing that your
opinion can help others?
We started Practical Motorhome’s
Owner Satisfaction Awards survey back
in 2004. It’s the only motorhome
award scheme in the major press that is based entirely on owners’
opinions. It is run in association with Coast, a UK-based, family-run
insurance broker providing specialist caravan insurance, holiday lodge
insurance, motorhome and camper insurance.
We ran the survey questionnaire throughout 2012, then published the results and analysis.
A big thank you to the thousands of you who filled out the questionnaire and had your say.
During
2013, we’re investigating which brands make the best new and used
purchases, and which supplying dealers are the best in the business.
Complete our survey and tell us about the new and used motorhomes you’ve
bought since 2009 and that you’ve owned for at least six months. We
also want to hear about your experiences if you bought privately – every
motorhome counts in our survey! Help us to help you buy better!
For
a generation of customers who are used to having their voice heard,
whether it’s in an Amazon review or eBay feedback, motorhome buyers
trust the advice of other motorhome buyers. They speak with experience,
having parted with their own hard-earned cash.
Every person who responds to the survey will also be put into a prize draw to win an iPad. We’ll publish the results at the start of 2014 in the form of a league table of the very best manufacturers and dealers, as reported by you.
