Big changes for Swift’s leadership team

Leading leisure vehicle manufacturer, Swift, prepares for changes in its leadership team.

This week, Swift announced a shake up in their leadership team to match the strides being made in their plans for growth. The new line-up will see three Swift employees promoted to new positions, with CEO James Turner remaining at the helm.

Duncan Smith, former Holiday Homes Sales Director, will assume the role of Group Sales and Relationship director. Equipped with a wealth of experience in the leisure vehicle industry, he’ll lead sales teams across Swift’s Motorhome, Caravan and Holiday sectors.

With 16 years at Swift under his belt, Paul Hannah will officially become Procurement Director after heading it up in recent years. Penny Steele will take on the Customer Experience Director role, with 5 years experience of developing Swift’s customer facing operations.

While Swift’s leadership team gains three new members, they are saying goodbye to one of their key figures. After 14 years, Nick Page is stepping down from his role as Swift’s Commercial Director as part of his plans for retirement.

Nick has spent over a decade shaping Swift’s sales and marketing strategy and has contributed to substantial change for the company. Expressing his appreciation for Nick, James Turner said:

“I firstly want to thank Nick for his incredible support and wish him well as he prepares for his retirement. During his 14 years Nick has been hugely instrumental in Swift’s success and has led the sales and marketing teams though significant milestones in the company’s growth.”

We wish Nick the best of luck with his retirement and look forward to seeing what Swift has in store for the future.
