THIS FAMILY-RUN holiday park will appeal to all the family. Head down to the Beach Shack for super-fresh seafood, snacks and ice cream, and the hire of kayaks and deckchairs.

To stay safe, you are asked to download the new Ladram Bay app from the Apple of Google store before your arrival. You can use the app to order food and drink from the Pebbles restaurant, the Coast takeaway and the Waves bar.

During the summer, the entertainment programme is a key fixture and there is a new splash zone for little ones. Indoor activities include a climbing wall, a pool and a soft play area.

“Recent improvements include a Covid-awareness welcome video, launching a new app with table service, installing signage, screens and offering outside check-in,” says marketing and event manager Carla Newman. “Employees have undertaken additional training and adapted to different roles to fit the business needs. Additional teams have been employed to cope with the demand for the new booking procedures within the pool and restaurant and offer a ‘fogging’ extensive clean within accommodation. Access routes to facilities have been altered to allow these to function individually for greater customer satisfaction, an outdoor stage erected, and evolving entertainment programme offered. We’ve installed hardwired access to 106 accommodation units, which now benefit from a consistent Wi-Fi service. Visitors have responded very well to our adjustments.”
