Verdict
A stylish, sumptuously kitted-out camper that works well for couples or families with young children.
Pros
Bright interior; plenty of storage space; gorgeous, drivable base vehicle.
Cons
Basically-equipped kitchen.
Living
The bench in the Trio Style slides backwards and forwards so you can vary the amount of legroom you have and sit more sociably when you’re eating.
The four-person dining table is supported by an H-shaped bracket which swings out from the base of the bench seat. It stows neatly on the back of the bench seat.
Kitchen
Like most campers of this kind, the Trio Style has a two-burner hob, stainless steel sink and strong, glass lid. Unlike some, it has a proper fridge, not just a cool box, although this can be a bit noisy at night.
There is only one small section of worksurface here, but the drawers at least have soft-closing doors.
Beds
There is a double bed in the roof, with a supportive foam mattress, but this would be best suited to young children or agile motorcaravanners because getting in and out is quite a test.
Making up the assembled bed is a cinch because the sofa drops easily. This bed makes up into a flat, even mattress as it uses the back of the bench seat.
Storage
The Trio Style has a cupboard with hanging rail next to the kitchen, plus oodles of storage space in the kitchen area itself, including two head-height cupboards in addition to a couple of drawers (one for cutlery and another, deeper version for pots and pans). Above the sofa is another, small locker and even some space for extra kit above the gas bottles in the rear offside gas locker. Slide the bench forwards and you’ll find plenty of space in the boot.
