First things first – we haven’t made a mistake, and this bike rack really does cost £453. It’s the best one we tested, though. It comes assembled, and benefits from superb build and materials quality. The fitting process is ridiculously easy as well, even though the instructions could be tidied up a bit. Once on, the rack is extremely secure, and holds four bikes, up to a total weight of 60kg.
Our only complaint would be the use of fiddly cam-buckle straps rather than the superior ratcheting variety – oh, and the price, of course.
