We open this week’s show with a review of a rather classy low-profile motorhome, the Dethleffs Esprit T7150 DBT. A new-for-2016 model, this is a fully winterised, Fiat Ducato-based, 7.63m-long three-berth. With a panoramic skylight and LEDs, there’s a lovely ambience in the lounge, and while there is no getting away from the fact that the kitchen is rather compact, it is beautifully designed, and has three gas burners under a split cover, a sink, an oven and grill, and a fridge with a separate freezer compartment. The stylish washroom is split across the ’van and takes you through to the rear master bedroom with a generous island bed. You can have all this for £64,990. Like the sound of it? Be sure to tune in for our review on Practical Motorhome TV.

You’ve five opportunities to see this show:

So don’t forget to watch Practical Motorhome TV on Showcase, which is on Freeview 254 (if you have a smart TV) and Sky 212 – and it is being streamed live online.

We’ve another review of a European ’van for your next, with the Benimar Mileo 313, which is available exclusively through Marquis. Of note is this Mileo’s 5.99m length, which packs in space for five to sleep, and as it has an MTPLM of 3500kg, anyone can drive this very family-friendly model. In case you’re wondering, sleeping accommodation features a pair of bunks at the rear, an overcab double and a make-up single in the lounge. That midships lounge is comfortable and sharply-designed, and cooks won’t be disappointed in the kitchen where there’s a dual-fuel hob, a combination oven and grill, a deep sink, a microwave and a fridge with a separate freezer compartment. The offside washroom isn’t massive, but what it lacks in space it makes up for in style, and the space is cleverly used. See it for yourself, only on Practical Motorhome TV.

Next we hit the road bound for Devon, to take a look around Cofton Country Holiday Park, which is a finalist in our Top 100 Sites Guide 2016. In the summer you can take a dip in the outside pool, plus there’s an inside pool for year-round use, as well as a sauna and steam room. Other facilities include a cafe, a pub, a restaurant and a bar, a shop, three children’s play areas which cater for all ages, an arcade, a bowling alley, pool tables and coarse fishing, or you can visit the donkeys or enjoy a woodland walk. Watch our show to find out more.

After the break, Niall returns with his third motorhome review of the show. Tune in and check out the two-berth Hobby Optima De Luxe V65 GE, which has three option packs as standard, all for just under £55,000. Outside, the slide-out gas locker is one feature of interest, while inside, there’s a comfy lounge, and despite both the kitchen and wetroom being compact, both are packed with clever features. In the well-lit rear bedroom are twin fixed single beds, with lots of overhead lockers, and if you’d rather a double, infill cushions are an option. Tune in on Sky 212, Freeview 254 or live online to see it.

Then, Practical Motorhome’s Diamond Dave is back with more expert technical advice – and this time he is tackling the topic of leisure batteries. He talks us through the different types of leisure batteries, which is best for which application and how to recharge batteries effectively. Invaluable advice for every motorcaravanner.

Finally, we’ve more from our Editor Niall, with his Adria Matrix Plus 670 SC review. Featuring an island bed in a spacious rear bedroom, there’s also a generous garage, a super washroom split across the ’van, an L-shaped kitchen that’s compact but has a combination oven and grill plus good storage and a 150-litre fridge, and an electric drop-down bed over the front lounge. That front lounge is a very sociable and well-illuminated space, while drivers are sure to find it easy to get comfy in the cab. This impressive Adria is priced from £56,090 OTR and you can see it in all its glory on Practical Motorhome TV.

So remember to tune in this week to Showcase on Sky 212 or Freeview 254 (if you have a smart TV), or watch live online.
