For those unfamiliar with the awards, here’s some more about them. We’ve been running our Owner Satisfaction Awards for nine years, based on a simple premise: why ask a few friends if they’re happy with their motorhome and their supplying dealer when you can ask hundreds, even thousands, of motorcaravanners?
It’s grown to become the UK’s most in-depth motorhome satisfaction survey, and the only one to feature pre-owned motorhomes. Whether you have spent £2000 or £200,000, we believe in telling it like it is – however uncomfortable that may be for dealers or manufacturers.
Each year we publish the league tables, showing which motorhome brands and dealers are worth their weight in gold. For anyone planning to buy their next motorhome, it’s essential reading.
