Swift launched three new models at the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Home Show last week, as well as revealing refreshed interiors and exteriors across its ranges.
The event, which was held at the Great Yorkshire Showground, was a great chance for ‘van owners thinking of buying a new model to see the latest releases from some of the biggest motorhome manufacturers.
One of the models Swift had on show was the latest addition to the Voyager range, the Swift Voyager 510. The four-berth ‘van features a drop down bed in the lounge which sits above the front double.
Coming on the Ford Transit Skeletal chassis, it provides a Euro 6E 130bhp 2.0 litre TDCI EcoBlue engine, complete with 6-speed manual transmission. Offering Aguti travel seats, the ‘van has a three-burner gas hob with an electric hot plate, as well as a 133-litre Dometic Series 10 two-way opening slimline fridge.
The motorhome comes to 6.19m in length, has a width of 2.37m, an MTPLM of 3500kg and a MiRO of 2890kg. Its OTR price is £71,120.
Both the Voyager 4 Series and Voyager 5 series have been updated too, coming with new graphics on the exterior and Jet internal soft furnishing schemes. The other new addition to the Voyager 5 Series, the 505, was not on display at Harrogate.
Those on the lookout for the best campervan could also be interested in the new models being added to the Swift Carrera and Swift Trekker ranges.
The Carrera range as a whole has received some attention, now coming with a 10-inch touchscreen HD display and TomTom 3D Sat Nav in the cab. The new addition to the range, the Carrera 244 pop top, is a four-berth model with a length of 6m. The model comes on the Fiat Ducato, one of the best vans for a camper conversion, and has a stylish Lanzarote Grey exterior, smart exterior panelling and a Euro 6E 140bhp 2.2 litre engine.
Inside, you’ll find a kitchen with a built-in oven with a grill to accompany the Dometic two-burner stainless steel hob and sink, as well as a Dometic 90-litre compressor fridge. A double bed can be found in the pop-top roof while another is made up in the rear lounge.
The model has a width of 2.26m, a MTPLM of 3500kg and an estimated MiRO of 3120kg. Prices start from £80,495.
Swift also had the Trekker XL on display at the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Home Show, a Ford Transit-based model that comes in Grey Matter. The model comes kitted out with features such as a 110W solar panel, a built-in oven with a grill and Ford Sync 4, which provides features such as rear parking aids, USB and more.
A double bed is made up in the rear parallel lounge. The ‘van, which is currently the only two-berth on offer in the Trekker range, has an OTR price of £67,995.
It has a length of 5.98m, a width of 2.11m, an MTPLM of 3500kg, and a MiRO of 2935kg. It joins the rest of the Trekker range in coming with a new 110W solar panel and regulator, smart 16-inch alloy wheels and a 12-inch dashboard display.
Swift has also carried out refreshes to its other ranges, which were on display at the Harrogate Show. This included the Ascari range which is now coming on a new Fiat cab to offer a stylish touring base. New features include a 10-inch touchscreen HD colour display, a wireless phone charging panel and a combined oven and grill.
The Escape also saw a revamp, now coming on a Fiat chassis in Iron Grey and providing ‘van owners with an eye-catching exterior. Inside, the Acacia soft furnishing scheme create a modern vibe, while the cab is now kitted out with a 10-inch touchscreen HD colour display, as well as a Fiat Sat Nav with TomTom 3D map visualisation, an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a wireless phone charger.
The brand also showcased its Monza range, which come on the Ford Tourneo Custom Titanium base. Features include a concealed portable toilet, an external shower, a pop-top roof and a double bed that can be made up with the rear seating.
Lastly, Swift has updated its Kon-Tiki models too, with the ‘vans now providing a black metallic cab and an updated front body and grille.
Coming with a Euro 6E 180bhp engine and an 8-speed automatic gearbox, its Cinnamon soft furnishing scheme provides a refreshed interior.
Another manufacturer exhibiting at the show was Bailey, which had its new Adamo 60-2 on its stand. Other brands have also been releasing news about their new season releases, including Etrusco. For 2025, Etrsuco is offering improved campervans and budget low-profiles.
