Sunlight adds a pop-up roof - Practical Motorhome

Sunlight is adding a pop-up roof to all four of its Cliff van conversion models for the 2022 season, and has remodelled the front profile of its A-classes.

The German company claims the roof bed in its Fiat-based Cliff RT models is the largest currently on the market, measuring 2.06m by 1.43m. The foam mattress sits on a slatted frame, while the compartment as a whole includes a reading light with an integrated USB port and 12V socket and a telescopic ladder.

Cliff RT models are available in white, black, Campovolo and Lanzarote grey and include 16-inch alloy wheels.

The A-class front panels are now 2.9m high and come with LED headlights. The dashboards inside have also been revamped to include storage for a smart phone, drinks holders for driver and passenger, and a spacious central shelf.

The Erwin Hymer Group subsidiary is also making its low-profile and overcab ranges available with monochrome Adventure line styling on the outside, including black frames to the headlights. Adventure Line models also get special upholstery inside, as well as the Style Package which includes a leather steering wheel and gear knob and a shiny radiator grille with chrome stripes.

Sunlight’s logo has also been changed to bring in more earthy colours, and there’s a new brandline: “Adventure Now”.
