For the seventh year in a row, Practical Motorhome has partnered with The Camping & Caravanning Club to organise the Owner Satisfaction Survey 2024.
Buying a motorhome is a very important purchase, whether it’s a new or pre-owned model – after all, it will hugely influence the experience you have on tour in the coming years, so you’ll want to make sure you’re buying the right ‘van – that’s where our Owner Satisfaction Awards come in.
What are the Owner Satisfaction Awards?
The Owner Satisfaction Awards launched in 2004 and is the only industry scheme that is based completely on owner feedback, with the reliability of the motorhome and its practicality both being taken into account.
They play a big part in letting customers buy their ‘van with confidence – and that’s why we need you!
If you’ve bought a ‘van – new or used – since 1 January 2020, and have owned if for at least three months, we want to hear from you. Simply let us know how you were treated when you boughtit, how it’s behaved, and whether or not you would buy from the dealership again.
Then, as a thank you, everyone who completes our survey will be in with a chance of winning one of three stays at a Camping and Caravanning Club site!
