We’re back with a new TV show for you to enjoy, with two new ‘van reviews, touring inspiration and expert advice. As ever, our programmes are supported by Motorhome Depot and are broadcast exclusively on The Motorhome Channel, which you can find on Sky 192, on Freesat 402 and live online.

You’ll not want to miss our review of the Roller Team T-Line 590, an impressive, four-berth, Fiat Ducato based motorhome costing £44,488 OTR as tested. Practical Motorhome’s Editor Niall Hampton is on hand to deliver his verdict on this new, great to drive ‘van and he’s a big fan of the layout. Up front, six can sit around the table in the lounge plus there is a two-setting dropdown bed. The excellent end washroom features a separate shower compartment that can easily accommodate even taller motorcaravanners, while the compact kitchen has a gas oven and grill above the fridge/freezer unit, a hob with three gas burners and a good amount of storage. This is Roller Team’s flagship range and, at under six metres long, with this ‘van you really are getting a lot for your money and a lot has been squeezed into this space. Get the full story in our TV show.

Then it is off to Wales with Practical Motorhome’s Claudia Dowell who’s touring some of the magnificent castles in the country’s south west. She is staying at Stone Pitt Holiday Park, a family run site with 36 pitches, all of which have electric hook-ups and grey water waste points. Visit Wales with Claudia and her Bailey only on our TV show on The Motorhome Channel, where she also heads to Folly Farm and feeds the giraffes.

Our Niall has a second new motorhome review in our TV show on The Motorhome Channel – and this time he is showing that you don’t need to pay A-class money to get an A-class ‘van. The Pilote Galaxy G740G Sensation costs from £63,204 OTR, which Niall doesn’t think is over the odds, considering what you’re getting here. It is packed full of smart, thoughtful design touches. There’s a manually operated dropdown bed, a transverse bed across the rear, a sociable lounge and a washroom split across the ‘van, as well as cruise control, air-con and a reversing camera, not to mention bags of storage space and a rather smart, well equipped kitchen. Tune in to our TV show on Sky 192, Freesat 402 or watch online to get inside this Pilote motorhome and to watch Niall’s full review.

And there’s more, as John Wickersham is on hand to talk trailers. He’s dispensing expert advice for those who want to tow a trailer with their motorhome. John explains why some ‘vans can be fitted with tow bars and others can’t, before looking at the different types of trailers and towing mechanisms.

You can also meet Pat and Pete Parsons in our new TV show. They chat to Andy Harris about their motorhome, the purchase of which took years and years to finalise. So, after all that time, what model ticked all their boxes? For them, an island bed was key and the ‘van they eventually settled on was the Bürstner Ixeo Plus IT 724 – and it must suit them, as Pat and Pete take their ‘van out almost every other weekend. Find out more in our TV show.

In addition, our Editor Niall Hampton reviews the Hillside Ellastone in the latest episode of our TV show, aired only on The Motorhome Channel. Based on the Renault Trafic, the Ellastone features the classic campervan configuration, with a rock and roll bed and a kitchen on the offside, plus there’s a second double bed in the roof. Storage space and fit and finish are impressive, not to mention the price at around £33,000 – tune in on Freesat 402 or Sky 192, or watch online, for the full story.
