You may have seen our article from last month about the stunning retro campervan and motorhome that were to appear at auction this September.
A 1967 Ford Transit Jennings Coachbuilders Roadranger Original Motorhome and a 1975 Volkswagon campervan both went under the hammer at Ewbank’s Auctions on 5th September at 12pm.
The 1967 Ford Transit had been estimated to go for somewhere in the region of £6,000 and £10,000, while the 1975 VW campervan was anticipated to sell for between £24,000 and £26,000.
When it came to the actual day, the 1967 Ford moved on to its fourth owner as it sold for £6,875 (incl of buyer’s premium). However, the retro Volkswagen Camper in its stunning orange and cream colour combo remained unsold.
