Dorset and Hampshire based Motorhome Dealer Group says it has been so overwhelmed with technical enquiries during the Coronavirus crisis that it is happy to give out free technical advice and solutions while the lockdown continues.

The dealer network had to close its three branches in Poole in Dorset and Ringwood in Hampshire at the start of the lockdown.

But it says since then it has had a large number of queries online, many of which are from people who have been unable to contact their usual dealer or motorhome workshop.

Managing director Rob Kirk said, “People from all over the country have been in touch to ask about anything and everything from how to reset their heating thermostat, to changing a gas bottle. We’ve had had owners contact us because they cannot get in touch with their regular service agent, by phone or email.”

As a result, it now says it is happy to answer any technical or aftersales query online from any motorcaravanner – regardless of whether they have been a customer or not.
