Broadmarsh Farm CL wins Certificated Location of the Year 2022 Award

Broadmarsh Farm Certificated Location (CL) has been awarded first place in the Caravan and Motorhome Club’s Certificated Location of the Year 2022 Awards.

The Awards focus on CLs – these are privately-owned campsites that have a maximum of five pitches, and are spread across the UK.

Norfolk-based Broadmarsh Farm CL provides hardstanding and grass pitches, offering individually serviced electric and water points.

One of the traits of the best motorhome sites will be beautiful surroundings, and that’s something that the winner of the CL of the Year offers. The dog friendly destinatiom (so long as they stay on leads) is well-situated for exploring the surrounding area, with good walks and easy access to the coast, the Broads and Norwich itself.

The runners up spot went to Hillcroft CL, a tranquil site that is situated in 2.25 miles of picturesque countryside in Pembrokeshire. Only 1.5 miles from Saundersfoot beach, the pet-friendly site is open all year and boasts both toilet and showers facilities.

Corner Cottage CL came in third place, with the scenic destination fenced in, and providing some excellent walks for spotting wildlife.

There was also an Award for Garden House CL, which received the best newcomer award. It’s an adults-only campsite based on the edge of Tattingstone Village, and is a good site for wildlife lovers to head to, with a range of natural sights to take in.

Nick Lomas, Director General of the Caravan and Motorhome Club said: “We have a growing number of CLs across the UK, and each one in our network provides our members with a unique stay. There are so many that do great work in their communities and offer something special to their guests, and it is these awards that recognise and celebrate owners who truly go that extra mile to deliver the best visitor experience. I would like to congratulate all the winners for their great work.”
