All going on a summer holiday?

We at Practical Motorhome were amused when Sunlight launched a range of ’vans called Cliff.

But, as our review of the 2018 Sunlight Cliff 601 proves, it is no joke – this is a very impressive range indeed.

This Fiat Ducato-based van conversion features four berths with an optional fifth and four belted travel seats.

Also pleasing is its £39,660 price – and its 3300kg MTPLM.

Layout-wise, there’s a front lounge/dinette, with a washroom and kitchen in the middle, both of which are pretty compact.

But it’s at the back that you’ll find this motorhome’s USP – it has bunk double beds! Tune in to this week’s show to see them for yourself.

Expert advice and a site review

In this show we’ve also got part two of Diamond Dave’s rooflight replacement masterclass.

This week he shows us how to prepare the new rooflight for installation and then how to fit it.

Then, finally, we pay a trip to Red Kite Touring Park, an adults-only site in Llanidloes, Wales.

If you really want to get away from it all, this could be what you’re looking for and it’s in a stunning setting.

The site opened in May 2016 and has 66 pitches, all of which are hardstanding and fully serviced.

The washrooms are smart, modern and clean – and that’s not just for humans! There’s also a great indoor area where you can clean the dog after a muddy walk in the Welsh countryside that even has a doggy hairdryer!

See what else Red Kite Touring Park has to offer this week on Practical Motorhome TV.

We’re on Sky 212, Freesat 161 and online – we hope you enjoy watching!
