Why our survey matters
We want you to have the best motorhome holidays, so we’ve joined forces with The Camping and Caravanning Club for the second consecutive year, to take our survey to more motorcaravanners than ever and deliver meaningful results you can trust.
When looking at new or used motorhomes for sale, you want to be able to buy with confidence, safe in the knowledge that your chosen model won’t let you down on tour.
And you want to know which dealers are the ones to trust when parting with your hard-earned cash.
We’ve been helping you buy smarter since the Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Survey was established back in 2004, analysing your feedback to produce our annual report on the new and used ’vans sold in the UK, and the country’s network of dealerships.
But we can’t do it without you!
“It’s as simple as that,” says Practical Motorhome’s Editor Sarah Wakely. “The valuable data and insights gained from our survey are not possible if you, the readers of Practical Motorhome, don’t get involved!
“The results of our survey – good and bad – really do matter to motorhome manufacturers and dealers,” she adds.
“This is your chance to have your say and tell the industry how it is – to reward excellent performances and to shine a light on those who have fallen short.”
At Practical Motorhome, whether your ’van cost you £5000 or £50,000, you’re all equally important to us – and your responses are all useful to fellow motorcaravanners and to the industry.

We’d like you to tell us about the motorhome(s) and camper van(s) you have bought since 1 January 2014, and have owned for at least six months.
If you haven't bought a ’van in this time frame, or you’ve not quite owned it long enough, please come back next year and have your say!
Our Owner Satisfaction Survey 2018 will take you only around 10 minutes to complete, but the results could give fellow motorcaravanners the information they need to buy better and enjoy the holidays they’ve always dreamed of.
