It's a busy time of year for the motorhome industry as the covers are pulled off the 2016 model ranges and manufacturers reveal their plans for the next 12 months. This also means it's an exciting time of year for anyone perusing motorhomes for sale, planning their next purchase. So here at Practical Motorhome we're hitting the road to bring you the latest news and models first.

And this is the place to come for all the news on the new season models. As our team criss-cross the UK and Europe attending launch events, we'll update this page to keep you up to speed with the latest news, new 'van releases, model range updates and more from your favourite motorhome manufacturers. Consider it your one-stop shop for 2016 season models.

First, it's Westfalia, and Practical Motorhome's Test Editor Mike Le Caplain has been to Rheda-Wiedenbrück in Germany. Read Mike's report to get the low-down on the changes and additions to the 2016 Westfalia range, plus plans for the future.

Next, Practical Motorhome's Editor Niall Hampton reports from Isny, south west Germany, as Dethleffs reveals its new-for-2016 motorhomes. Find out what's in store and learn about the new range in his article.

And it's a German hat-trick, as Practical Motorhome's Digital Editor Lizzie Pope reports from Carthago City in Aulendorf, southern Germany. Read her article and find out what's happening with the Carthago and Malibu ranges.

Our next 2016 model preview sees us back in France, this time with Rapido. Then we're back in Blighty, checking out what County Durham-based Elddis has in store for 2016.
