We’ve another new TV show for you on The Motorhome Channel, in association with Motorhome Depot, brought to you by the Practical Motorhome magazine team with our colleagues at Information TV.

As ever, you can watch this show on Sky 192 and Freesat 402 – look for Showcase TV – or if you’ve not got those channels, watch from your PC, laptop or tablet by clicking here. For full TV listings, please scroll to the bottom of the page.

In this episode, tune in to get expert insight from John Wickersham, who’s at AL-KO, talking motorhome chassis. We bring you an exclusive behind the scenes look at how they’re built and tested, so you can see what goes into the construction of your ‘van.

Then it’s off to Towcester Racecourse with Andy Harris, who’s at the ACCEO (Association of Caravan and Camping Exempted Organisations) Annual Rally. He explains all about the ACCEO and speaks to the event’s organiser, Harold Phillips, about this five-day rally that this year attracted an impressive 145 motorhomes and caravans. Andy also meets a four-legged star of this year’s Commonwealth Games who’s holidaying at the rally with his family, both human and canine, in a Bessacarr.

In our brand new TV show on The Motorhome Channel, you can also get inside a new, low-profile ‘van with Practical Motorhome’s Editor Niall Hampton. He’s reviewing the 2015 Pilote Pacific P716P, a four-berth with a French bed at the rear, a corner washroom and, up front, there’s a very generously sized lounge, plus this motorhome has a well equipped kitchen. Sliding doors separate the rear bedroom from the rest of the ‘van, while under the French bed is a large storage space, which you can access from an external hatch. There’s also a drop-down double bed with a memory foam mattress at the front of the ‘van, and a pair of reading lights in the roof mean that whoever’s sleeping in this front bed has all they need. It costs £55,167 OTR and has an MTPLM of 3500kg. Watch our Pilote Pacific P716P review for the full story.

Need some touring inspiration? Join Practical Motorhome’s Bryony Symes in the New Forest, taking in the region’s beautiful autumnal shades. She’s pitched her Bailey Approach Compact 520 at Sandy Balls, a large and popular campsite that is well placed for exploring this area. And once settled on site, our Bryony goes to meet the animals at the New Forest Wildlife Park. Visit the New Forest with us only in our TV show – tune in on Freesat 402 or Sky 192, or watch live online
