You don’t want to miss our brand new TV show, exclusively on The Motorhome Channel, sponsored by Motorhome Depot, because as well as the usual expert reviews of motorhomes for sale and fabulous touring inspiration, we’ve been involved in a thrilling world record attempt!

So be sure to tune in. Our shows are broadcast on The Motorhome Channel, which is on Sky 192 and Freesat 402. You can also watch the show live online by clicking here. Each show is aired 10 times across a two-week period – please scroll to the bottom of the page for our detailed programme schedule.

Our latest TV show kicks off with the Practical Motorhome Bailey Approach Autograph 540 review. Our Group Editor Alastair Clements has checked out this ‘van, which is based on the new Peugeot Boxer cab. It’s the range’s entry-level motorhome, yet accommodation inside is far from cramped – plus there’s a 6ft 4in electric, drop-down double bed! Watch our TV show for the full review.

Then it is time to join Practical Motorhome’s Clare Kelly, who’s pitched her Volkswagen California at Rudding Holiday Park in North Yorkshire. She’s exploring Leeds, which is perfect for a city break if you fancy a weekend away in your ‘van. There are lots of shopping opportunities in this stylish city, but Clare can’t wait to explore The Tetley – find out what happens here and what there is to see and do. She also follows the Owl Trail, a free city tour, before enjoying lunch at Trinity Kitchen.

Back on site at the quiet yet family friendly Rudding Park, it’s time to enjoy a drink at The Deer House, the on-site family pub. There’s also a great play area for kids, as well as a swimming pool. Watch Clare’s campsite review, only on The Motorhome Channel.

We stay in the north of England for our next item, as Andy Harris is at Elvington Airfield near York for a very special reason – he’s here for a Guinness World Record attempt! British firm Creation Campers has taken a Fiat Doblo campervan conversion and prepared it, in order to try and break the land speed record for motorhomes. As well as revealing the secrets of this campervan and its perfectly serviceable facilities, Andy meets the team going for the world record attempt, before witnessing the attempt himself. Can a new record be set? You’ll only find out if you watch our TV show! Tune in on Sky 192, Freesat 402 or watch live online.

Then Andy is checking out a very different motorhome, that’s been converted to suit the needs of its owner, who is a quadriplegic who goes touring solo. His motorhome has been transformed by Coachbuilt GB, and Andy meets two other owners who are having a ‘van converted, too. Marilyn and Steve are looking for adventure, despite the fact that Steve is wheelchair bound. They used to go caravanning, but now want to try motorcaravanning – in fact, they want to sell their house and live full time in their new motorhome! They’ve plans for grand European tours and might even head to the US. We wish them all the best. Get more on their story in our new TV show.
