DUE TO A mix-up at the data processing stage of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2014, a Silver Award was erroneously awarded to Perthshire Motorhomes in Perth.

The intended recipient was Perthshire Caravans in Errol, Perthshire, who scored a very respectable 77%. Perthshire Motorhomes did not receive enough responses to be included in the winners’ tables.
The correct certificate (pictured above) has been sent to Perthshire Caravans and we have asked Perthshire Motorhomes to take down the incorrect certificate from its Facebook page. Practical Motorhome has expressed its regret for any confusion.
The Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards has been running since 2004, to open a channel of communication between people about to buy a motorhome and those who already have. It is the only survey to include responses for new and used motorhomes, and supplying dealers.
Gold Awards are awarded for those scoring between 85-100% and Silver Awards for scores of between 70-84%. Since 2012, the Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards has been generously supported by specialist insurer Coast.
