We’re delighted to announce the arrival of two great new locations in the north of England to our Nightstop network: the Hawthorn in Oldham, and South Moor Farm in Scarborough.
The Hawthorn is set in a quiet location surrounded by woods and fields; motorcaranners are able to stop overnight in a former car park opposite the local pub, the Dog and Partridge. All the pitches are hardstanding, and showers and toilets are available. The owner of the land is a motorcaravanner himself, and is aiming to provide everything that you’d need from an overnight stopover.
South Moor Farm, meanwhile, is the site of a lovely B&B – you’ll be able to pick your pitch from an area of the large garden, or use hardstanding near to the barn. Water is available; chemical-disposal is for green chemicals only. A stays cost £8 per night.
Remember, all of our Nightstops are fully licenced CLs; we work alongside the Motor Caravanners’ Club to bring you a series of locations that are safe and legal. You don’t need to be a member of any club to use our sites.
