Famed French manufacturer Pilote has announced a new dealer, Sussex-based Johns Cross Motorhomes, as part of its push to expand its presence in the UK.
Pilote’s expansion plan began with the recent appointment of a UK agent, Graham Rowe, to oversee the process. Graham’s professional background is in IT and sales, and he has long had a passion for motorhomes. When he was first appointed he told Practical Motorhome that one of Pilote’s main priorities was to “develop long-term relationships with top-quality dealers”. The appointment of Johns Cross represents a significant step towards extending Pilote’s reach in the south of the UK.
The newly grown dealer network also includes long-time Pilote dealers Hayes Leisure, based near Birmingham, and SMC, based in Newark. The Pilote Group also incorporates the Mooveo, Frankia, Bavaria and Le Voyageur motorhome marques.
