We have just been informed that we MUST REMOVE all gas cylinders from our motor home when parked on the storage site.

This is completely unrealistic for us. We are too old to be lugging gas cylinders around (which is why we have the Gaslow system installed) and we have no where to store them at home (and I would have thought it was even more unsafe to have gas cylinders at home if there was a fire...)

And isn't it dangerous to be driving with unsecured cylinders in the car?

Has anyone else had this problem? I really don't know what we can do?

I think that the Gaslow System was not meant to be removed from the van on a week by week basis. Can you find a different storage place or better still park at home. If not talk to the storage people tell them that you turn the bottles of when not in use that is if you do that. On my van I turn the gas of in 2 places while not in use and parked on my own drive.

I'm with Joe.
Gaslow is designed as a peremanent installation, like a fixed underslung tank would be.
Have you tried explaining that to the storage people? Presumably they'd allow vans with fixed tanks - this is just the same.
