This edition is mostly about our Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards for 2013. If you didn’t vote for your favourite motorhome manufacturer or dealer this time round, don’t worry – we’ll be publishing the survey for 2014 from the April issue onwards.
Following the main announcement, I’ve filled the News section of this website with more items about the firms you voted for. Thank you for voting; our Gold and Silver Awards have gone to the very best manufacturers and motorhome dealers in Britain.
Meanwhile, in print, in the April issue of Practical Motorhome magazine, our Gentleman Jack gives his analysis of the results and what they reveal about motorcaravanning in Britain today. He looks at motorhome manufacturers and the quality of the service offered by dealers, now, compared to past years.

Britain’s
motorhome owners have now voted in record numbers for the best dealers
and manufacturers supplying motorhomes in Britain today. The results are
published in full in our March 2013 issue, with the news highlights on our website: 2013 Owner Satisfaction Awards announced.
Our annual awards, held in partnership with specialist leisure insurance company Coast,
seek to reward all the manufacturers and dealers who go the extra mile
to ensure customers are left happy and fulfilled after buying a
motorhome from them. It also pinpoints buying trends for both new and
used ’vans. So if you’re thinking about a new purchase, these are firms
you can trust!
