Vauxhall is blazing a green trail with its commercial vehicles, with every model across the stable receiving the ecoFLEX low-emissions treatment.

The recently-launched Corsavan ecoFLEX was the first van to be launched bearing the new badge, with a 74bhp engine that produces a scant 105g/km of CO2. It’s now joined by Vivaro, Movano, Astravan and Combo ecoFLEX vans.

The recently-launched Corsavan ecoFLEX was the first van to be launched bearing the new badge, with a 74bhp engine that produces a scant 105g/km of CO2. It’s now joined by Vivaro, Movano, Astravan and Combo ecoFLEX vans.

 

The Vivaro ecoFlex vans come in two flavours, both with two-litre turbodiesel engines, producing either 87bhp or 113bhp, while emitting a mere 185g/km of CO2. The Movano – which is Vauxhall’s competing model to the Fiat Ducato – does without a new powerplant, instead featuring a scaled-back list of kit – manual windows, side mirrors and door locks, a tyre repair kit instead of a spare wheel, and a 56mph speed limiter setting – which drops weight and boosts efficiency, helping it achieve a ‘class-leading’ CO2 output of 202g/km.

 

The Astravan and Combo models will see an ecoFLEX badge applied to their existing lowest CO2 output derivatives.

Green credentials are becoming a higher priority for customers looking to reduce the carbon footprint of their vehicles.  Our vans have always been known for their low running costs and the ecoFLEX badge clearly identifies to our customers the lowest CO2 model for each vehicle in our range.”

 

The full ecoFLEX range will be available to order at Vauxhall dealers from this month.
