Daisy Bank Touring Caravan Park

This adults-only site is easily found on the A489 between Craven Arms and Newtown.
It's close to the historic market town of Bishop's Castle, and sits in a lovely valley surrounded by the Welsh and Shropshire hills. The entrance is well signposted and wide enough for large 'vans.
This beautifully landscaped site has been planned with great care. It is split into three areas with enough corners, hedges and shrubs to give it an intimate, enclosed feel. The large pitches are well-spaced and are mostly gravel hardstanding. They are also fully serviced, providing electric hook-up, water and drainage, while most of them also have TV aerial points.
The centrally situated facilities building features six individual heated washrooms, each with a shower and a toilet. Couples can use these together, as they would a personal bathroom, and there is full access for the disabled.
There are also two washrooms with basins, a launderette and a drying room with racks and hooks for boots and coats. The condition of these rooms and the quality of the fixtures and fittings are superb, and they are a real credit to the owners. Daisy Bank has won the Loo of the Year award several times.
This site offers tranquillity, excellent facilities and very friendly owners who take the utmost care to provide an enjoyable holiday for their guests. No wonder it gets so busy at peak times. Remember to book well in advance.
