This caravan park lies about three miles north of Fort William, along Glen Nevis itself. Its wide, flat, entrance road leads to the modern and well-appointed reception buildings, with a roomy waiting area for motorhomes.
This large and exceptionally well-run park provides separate fields for caravans, motorhomes and tents, and is screened by trees, hedges and shrubs to give a cosy atmosphere.
The camping and caravan park is part of a larger complex which includes holiday homes and chalets, which are located in separate fields.
On the park, you'll find yourself surrounded by mountains, tall forests and lush meadows which contain a wealth and variety of wildlife. You can enjoy a stroll by the River Nevis or explore winding forest tracks. If you are feeling energetic, you can follow mountain paths and enjoy spectacular views from the top over the whole area.
A variety of pitches are available for motorcaravans, including grass or hard standing, and from basic to fully serviced (electricity, water and drainage) with car parking beside each unit. Additional services are discreetly positioned around the park.
The needs of motorcaravanners are well catered for with the provision of a purpose-built drive-over service point which offers facilities on both sides
of the vehicle for the disposal of waste water.
Disabled campers have private facilities with full wheelchair access, including a shower.
The laundry is well equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities, as well as sinks for hand-washing clothes. Sculleries provide food preparation areas and washing-up sinks.
The park has its own spacious, comfortable, restaurant and lounge bar, which is not far, even from the furthest pitch.
Or, if you prefer, there is a snack-bar trailer, which serves
a variety of take-away food.
Glen Nevis Park enjoys a magnificent location in one of Scotland's most famous glens at the foot of Ben Nevis, and offers all the ingredients for an ideal touring holiday. This is a peaceful park in which to relax and enjoy the beautiful Scottish Highlands, and there are plenty of attractions nearby, too.
