Not surprisingly, motorhomes and caravans dominate the NCC-run Motorhome and Caravan Show, at Birmingham's NEC from Oct 16-21. There are some fabulous vans of all shapes and sizes - and quite a lot of quirky fun things, too!

For instance, I loved Dub Box, and I think it will go down a storm with young families in particular. It brought out the new-age hippy in me: is it a VW Campervan? Well... sort of! It's a bit of a trick - it's a trailer that looks like a vintage campervan. Cool, though. I can see them popping up in people's back gardens, decked out in bunting and stocked with vintage china, as well as being towed behind full-sized motorhomes!
