We’re pretty sure that Superman had a Supervan at some point in his comics crime-fighting career (though it’s anyone’s guess what he needed one for), but that hasn’t stopped artist Andrew Mark Hunter from coming up with his own take on a web-slinging custom camper — not to mention ideas for other superheroes, too.

Wired has posted a gallery of images showing Hunter’s creative efforts, all based on the classic VW Microbus. He’s selling his work both as prints and iPhone cases too, but he’s being coy about the price — you’ll have to enquire by email if you want to buy one as a gift for the VW fan in your life.
